I am advertising my spare double bedroom in my new build house, situated in Beeston right next to the train station. Ideal for commuting to Nottingham (6 minutes) or further afield. The house is very modern with all the amenities you could need.

I live there permanently and am seeking a temporary roommate while I'm between student lets. The new tenant moves in September.

I have a small tortoise who lives in the garden mainly, I do often come home early hours due working part time as a DJ. In the day time I am either working from home or in the office.

I'm a very laid back individual, I can be social but tend to keep to myself unless prompted.
