Room to rent in a house

One double room, furnished with a chest of draws, small draws, wardrobe and a double bed with a mattress. Shared bathroom, kitchen and front room. In the shared kitchen there’s a fridge freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, air fryer and slow cooked.
There’s another housemate with a cat, which is an indoor cat so will need to not be let out and advised to not let in your room, so you’re able to have the windows open.
Looking for a professional, respectful and someone who tidies up after themselves.
