Biggest room in the house and only one on the top floor. 2 bathrooms in the house, one bathroom is on the top floor right outside this room. Room is away from the others and feels nice and private.

Room is facing the back of the house and looks onto other back gardens so it is very quiet. House is fully carpeted excluding bathrooms ofc.

Kitchen includes a washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. I can leave my kettle for you if you'd like.

There is a driveway outside, fits 1 car.

Deposit is protected by the tenancy deposit scheme. Bills inclusive of utilities and council tax (band B).

Tenancy can be a rolling one or a yearly one, its up to you. Landlord is easy to negotiate with, all tenants have different types of tenancies.
