Room available in Beeston, Nottinghamshire

This is a lovely all girls house, located only a 15 minute walk away from the university of Nottingham . Unfortunately, I have had to transfer university to be closer to home, so am looking for someone to take my spot in the house. Along with the affordable rent, the regularly maintained garden and the spacious social areas add to the character of the house. The rent is extremely cost effective for a house in the centre of Beeston, conveniently just around the corner from Lidl and Tesco. All of the rooms are spacious and equally sized, each fully furnished. The girls are extremely friendly and would make anyone feel so welcome in the house.
