Professional Double Ensuite & own Living Room

Hi,
We have a ground floor double ensuite room to rent in our house, available from 28 September. Our home is a three storey town house, and you would have the downstairs pretty much to yourself. There is a separate downstairs lounge which you would also have exclusive use of, as well as the shared kitchen, garden and garage (for a bike etc). Located very close to Beeston train station, two parks and the town centre. All bills included. On street free parking.

We are a professional, very respectful and sociable married gay couple. We have a friendly little dog and like to walk, travel and cook. We like being part of the Beeston community, enjoy the local pub scene, but we are past our partying days, so looking for similar open minded, friendly professionals who will enjoy and respect our lovely home as much as we do.

Please note, at the moment, we are only looking for a Mon-Fri lodger, which is reflected in the price. The occasional weekend would of course be fine.
