More Than a Room - Double ensuite with own lounge

We have a beautiful ground floor double room with ensuite available in our three-storey town house in Beeston.

As a ground floor lodger, you'd have the downstairs largely to yourself - including a private lounge for your exclusive use, plus access to the shared kitchen, garden, and garage.

The location is excellent: a short walk to Beeston train station, two parks, and the town centre, with free on-street parking on the doorstep.

About us: We're a professional, sociable married couple who love walking, travelling, our allotment and cooking. We're proud to be part of the Beeston community and enjoy the local pub scene - though we're well past our partying days! We also have a friendly little dog.

We're looking for a like-minded professional who'll feel at home here and treat the house with the same care and respect we do. Open-minded and friendly is a must.

A note on availability: We're currently looking for a Mon–Fri lodger, which is reflected in the price - the occasional weekend is absolutely fine. If your situation is a little different but you think you'd be a great fit, please do get in touch - we're happy to chat.
