More than a room - Double ensuite with own lounge

We have a spacious ground floor double room with ensuite and private lounge, available in our home in Beeston.

You'd have the downstairs largely to yourself - including a private lounge for your exclusive use, plus access to the shared kitchen, garden, and garage.

The house is located on a private pathway, facing a park, so no cars passing by and few pedestrians, making it very quiet and private.

The bedroom includes a king size bed, with underneath storage, built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The ensuite is accessed directly from the bedroom and includes a toilet, basin and shower.

The private lounge includes a sofa, TV unit and TV, a desk and a beanbag. French doors open up onto the patio outside.

The location is excellent: a few mins walk to Beeston train station and the town centre, yet with free on-street parking.

About us: We're a professional, friendly and sociable couple of guys who love travelling, growing at our allotment and cooking what we grow (hopefully). We're proud to be part of the Beeston community and enjoy the local pub scene - though we're well past our partying days! We also have a friendly little dog.
