Female Preferred Professional House Share

Room available in a friendly, sociable, all female house share.

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my current house share. The room will be available from mid september and comes fully furnished with lots of storage space, a desk and an en-suite. We have a shared kitchen and living room and the girls will often gather together in the evenings to watch something together. We would prefer to keep the house a female house share and are looking for somebody nice, who is tidy and will be a good addition to the house, ideally a working professional in their mid-twenties to early thirties, but would consider someone not in this age range.
