Currently live there alone with my cat, who gets final say in all renting decisions. (No other pets allowed) Room available straight away, I'm open to any length of stay. This is not a large HMO, so finding someone I get along with is the priority.

No issues with smoking (outside), clean/tidy people preferred, and as mentioned you must get along with the cat as she is in charge.

I'm pretty introverted, vegan/vegetarian, I vape, work sporadically from home, I'm an animal lover, gay, gamer. I like Netflix, reading, music, cooking, etc. and i hate writing things about myself on the internet.
