We are two PhD students looking for someone to move into our spare room as our current flatmate is relocating due to a career change. We both enjoy running, climbing, and the occasional trip to the pub. We’re ideally seeking another postgraduate who is friendly, clean, and easy-going.
About the Apartment:
• Location: The flat is perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Beeston and a large Tesco. Great transport links near tram and bus stops, making it only a 10-minute ride to the university and a 25-minute ride to the city centre.
• Layout: It’s a spacious, modern apartment in a Georgian building, featuring a shared kitchen/lounge area and a bathroom that you’ll share with just one of us. The apartment also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine.
• Parking & Storage: There’s a parking space suitable for a small car, along with additional storage available in the basement.
About the Room:
• The bedroom comes with a double bed and mattress. While the rest of the room is unfurnished, the current occupant is happy to sell his furniture if you’re interested. The room currently includes a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.
Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £500 per month.
• Bills: Not included in the rent; they are split evenly between us and typically range from £60-100 per month, depending on the season and heating usage. This includes electricity, gas for central heating, Wi-Fi, and water.
• Wi-Fi: Fast and reliable, ideal for working from home.
