Replacement needed to take over existing room

Hi, looking for someone to take over a tenancy at 7 Meadow Road, Beeston, NG9 1JN. Interested people may take over from November onwards till the end of contract (1st March 2025). There is an option to take over a rolling contract after this tenancy ends at their own discretion.
The rent is £125 pcm without bills. The place is in the vicinity of many convenient spots: 2 min walk to Beeston train station, 10 minute walk to Tesco extra and tram stations, orange line connectivity of NCTX etc. The property falls under council tax band D. However, interested people should ideally be students as the existing tenants are exempt from paying any council tax on account of being students. While being ensuite the room that you will be taking over will have a detached bathroom.
