The house is a couple of minutes walk from multiple tram stops and has a bus stop 30 seconds walk at the top of the road. Both of which offer great commuting opportunities into Beeston or Nottingham. With the M1 also only a few minutes drive away. The house is incredibly well positioned with all these transport links, but is also on a quiet and peaceful road, with lovely neighbours. There's a lovely front and back garden which will be hosting lots of BBQ's in the summer!
The property has free, off-road parking.
Professionals preferred. Myself and my girlfriend are living in the main bedroom. We both work full time locally, my girlfriend sometimes from home. We have a wide array of interests ranging from sport to anime to food, so would get on well with anyone.
