The property is very close to the tram and bus stations and all other forms of transport for Nottingham city including the train are close by. Beeston shops, bars and amenities are approx. 10 minute walk. Nottingham University entrance 5 minutes walk

On top of the rent the shared bills are Gas, Electric, water and broadband. These are approximately on average £70 per month over the year. (Low in summer and higher in winter)
SOLAR PANELS provide free/very cheap electricity during the longer sunny days and lower bills in winter as well. Extremely useful in these difficult times.

Council tax included in the rent.

Professional cleaner for shared areas once a month £50 (shared between. all 3 tenants) this is optional and may be removed or the cleaner changed by tenants at any time.

VIEWINGS available with tenants.

We are private landlords who personally attend to the needs of our tenants and organisation of any repairs. There are no Management companies involved.

Proof of income or guarantor required.
Previous landlord reference is also requested where possible.
