Would only suit people not allergic to pets as there are two kittens in house. Would suit students or workers, especially The University, BOOTS or Royal Mail as house is in Beeston Quarter 3 minute drive (20 minute walk) from either. Very near Beeston train station and a short walk to Beeston centre. International people welcome. Would only suit people who keep their rooms clean and are considerate about keeping shared areas clean. Would not suit TERFS or supporters of the orange man. Note that there is very little storage.

Rent is paid before you move in and on the 27th of each month one month in advance. You will receive a clear written lodging agreement.
