Double Room BRAND NEW Student House Beeston

I’m planning on deferring a year of uni and need someone to replace me in the house.
I’m quite upset to let this room go as this is the first year the house is being used as a student let and everything is super clean and new.

I’ve barely moved in and have only stayed one night there so you’ll be moving into a basically brand new room!

You’ll be living with 2 final year students and a working professional so things will be kept clean and they’ll be quieter than the average student house.

The house is on the tramline a 1 minute walk away from middle street tram stop.
There’s enough parking space for one car too.

Currently paying for 500Mb internet from Virgin Media which would cost £98 for the year

Council tax band: B

Bills will be sorted out with one of the people currently living there
