We have en suite rooms available for students in two site in central Beeston. Suitable for students, academics and suitable professionals - professionals pay £25 pcm additional for council tax.

Sky Point One is located adjoining the Beeston centre tram terminus.

Sky Point Two is situated at the junction of Deby Street and High Road at the University end of the town centre.

Arranged in flats with en suite rooms and a communal kitchen / living room.

Flat 1 is situated on the ground floor providing a cluster of 8 en suite rooms around a communal kitchen and dining room. Rooms are offered to let either individually or as a group, subject to availability.

Both central Beeston locations provide easy access to the excellent range of shopping and other services. The position is also convenient for public transport services. The tram stops are a short distance away and there are bus stops on High Road close by. Buses connect with the both sides of the University Park campus, QMC and Jubilee. The trams provide an alternate means of access to the Uni, QMC and city centre. There is a wide range of grocery and other shopping and leisure facilities in Beeston; three supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tesco and Lidl) as well as greengrocers, butchers, fishmongers and specialist food stores (including the Fresh Asia supermarket). The main High Street banks are also represented and there is a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants and take aways selling food from all around the world. Beeston's fantastic facilities makes an ideal location for people wanting to be close to Uni and with all the day to day shopping facilities that you need.
