3 bedroom house with one other housemate myself - Both room and use of office is included in the rent - Bedroom and office is unfurnished.

2 bathroom One full bathroom and one downstairs toilet and sink.

Kitchen and large living room with garden.

Rent is £375 a month (will go up to £400 after repairs from estate agents) Bills are around £150.

Reference checks to be done by estate agent £60 for these checks however no deposit. Checks have to be passed without a guarantor which would be a clear credit history, proof of income and references. (I cant do anything to change this as I am just the sole tenant).

One very fluffy curious black indoor cat also lives here!

Little about me:
Early 30's I work in mental health as a profession I am very neurodiverse I do work one full time job and one part time job with one day a week work from home.
I enjoy gigs and festivals as well as video games and anime.
I really need someone who has strong boundaries and can communicate positively and clearly to live in the house due to my own communication styles and for house harmony.
