This is a shared two-bed flat in central Beeston currently occupied by one female PhD student. Female applicants are preferred. I am moving out and looking for someone to replace me. The flat is offered unfurnished but I am open to offers on furniture.

The other flatmate has a small ensuite but the main bathroom would be just for you. There is bike storage, a lift, post storage, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The location is just off the high street, close to transport links (train, bus, and tram), within walking distance of the University of Nottingham, gyms, Lidl.

Internet is currently at £12/pp/month. Other bills not included are electricity and water.
