Hello,

We have a lovely ground floor apartment in a grade 2 listed building (modernised to a high standard) located in the heart of Beeston on the tramline.

We’re a house of 3 friends, with one of us moving out in mid October making one room free. The room is quite spacious with two large windows, and a modern en-suite. We’re a friendly & clean house, interests include bouldering, walking & the odd trip to the pub.

We’re looking for a friendly young professional or student who will be a good addition to the house.

Important: The house is technically furnished with very nice furniture, however it is owned by the individual moving out therefore we plan to buy the furniture off of him. We would split this cost equally.

The apartment comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, oven etc.

Located on the tramline, there are excellent links with tram stop & bus stops within a 1 minute walk.

Shared areas are clean, modern & spacious, with lots of natural light due to floor to ceiling windows.
