Our lavish student accommodation in Beeston has everything you need to make it your home away from home and much more, in the heart of one of the most vibrant student cities in the UK.

ROOMS: Each of our spacious double rooms has been beautifully decorated throughout to include painted walls and contrasting flooring. The rooms all come well furnished with a comfortable small double bed with mattress, 32" smart TV, study desk and  luxury office chair, built in wardrobes with shelves as well as a pin board and window blinds. 

EN SUITES: Each of the en suite shower rooms comes complete with a luxury 3 piece white suite comprising a low level WC, vanity wash hand basin and walk in shower with chrome fittings.

KITCHEN / LIVING SPACE: In the shared kitchen and living room you will find the perfect space to unwind with by yourself or with your housemates. The kitchen comes well equipped with a range of wall and base cupboard units and has an integrated oven, hob and extractor hood and a fridge / freezer. There is also a communal laundry room with paid washing and drying machines. The living space has been well designed with comfort in mind and includes comfortable sofas, a coffee table and 42"smart TV. 

COMMUNAL SPACES: One of the best things about Broadgate House has to be its range of amenities. As well as the comforts in your own apartment, there is an on site GAMES ROOM with pool table and air hockey table, a CINEMA ROOM with 75" TV, a GYM with a range of equipment and an OUTDOOR SEATING AREA. 

LOCATION: Broadgate House is perfectly situated within each reach of University Park Campus for the University of Nottingham which is only a 9 minute walk away. Beeston high street is less than 5 minutes walk from the building and has a fabulous range of amenities including a variety of shops, bars, cafes and takeaways and restaurants. 

PLEASE NOTE: Each room is available to rent for only £175 per week. One weeks rent is payable to secure the room and a deposit of £300 is required which will be held in a government backed deposit scheme. 

ALL BILLS are included within the rent including electricity, water and high speed wifi.
