I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a self-contained studio room in Broadgate Park, located close to the West Entrance of University Park Campus. The studio offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and privacy, featuring your own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

The room comes fully equipped with high-speed WiFi, contents insurance, a bed, curtains, wardrobe, desk & chair, and a mirror.

Normally, rent is paid in 3 instalments, but I’ve arranged a special 9-instalment payment plan, making it much easier to manage payments. I’ve already paid the deposit and the first instalment, so you won’t need to cover those.
