Room In Shared House With Garden

The house is just around the corner from the University Park Campus. You can easily reach the university on foot, as well as Beeston town centre with its shops, cafés, restaurants, cinema, etc.
The house has a shared kitchen and a cosy living room with a TV, plus a garden that’s lovely in warm weather and perfect for barbecues.

The flatmates are all girls and students at the University of Nottingham—very friendly and easy to get along with. There are two bathrooms in total, and you would only share yours with one other person.

The room comes furnished with a comfortable bed, a desk, a mirror, a wardrobe and a shelf. It overlooks the garden, away from the street, making it a quiet and peaceful space.

This isn’t a party house, but you’re always welcome to have friends over, and the flatmates enjoy hanging out and chatting together in the living room. They’re looking for someone friendly who also helps keep the house clean so that everyone feels comfortable.

I have really enjoyed living here, but I’m moving out because my exchange semester is coming to an end :)
