Broadgate Park Studio £800 cashback

I’m looking for someone to take over my studio at Broadgate Park from January 2026. You can take over my studio for £180pw, which is below the current official rate of £225pw at Broadgate Park.
I can also consider short rental periods.

Broadgate Park doesn't allow choosing rooms initially, so I upgraded after paying £50 to view over a dozen rooms. I finally found the best one:
Southeast-facing and very warm (not cold or damp at all)
Second floor, quiet and far from the main road Newly updated radiator, microwave, desk, and chair Very quiet and perfect for studying Right above the residents' social/activity centre
