I’m looking for someone to take over my Broadgate Park studio as I’ll be transferring to another university from January 2026.
Rental Details:
* Price: £216/week (below Broadgate Park’s official rate of £225pw)
* Rental Period: Mid-January 2026 to mid-September 2026. I can also consider shorter rental periods within this time.
* Special Offer: If you take over the studio for the full rental period, I’ll give £250 cashback from my personal funds.
Location & Convenience:
* 5-minute walk to University Park Campus
* 10-minute walk to supermarkets: Tesco Extra, Lidl, Sainsbury’s
* 10 minutes to university gym
About the Studio:
* Upgraded room (paid £50 to view multiple options to choose the best one)
* Southeast-facing, warm and bright
* Second floor, quiet and far from the main road
* Newly updated radiator, microwave, desk, and chair

Reason for letting: Transferring to another university — otherwise, I would absolutely stay in this room!
