Spacious Room in a Newly Renovated Home

I’m renting out a furnished bedroom in my newly renovated semi-detached house, located in a quiet area 10 minutes from the city centre by bus. Beeston Centre is also 10 minutes away by bus. (around 30 minutes on foot). Wollaton park is just across the road as well as being very close to the university of Nottingham.

The house is spacious and comfortable, with an open-plan kitchen diner, a cozy living room with a log burner, a shared office space and a beautiful garden. There’s also a large driveway with parking available.

The bedroom is a generous size with a vaulted ceiling, two double built-in wardrobes, a bed and bedside tables and space for a desk if needed.

You’d be sharing with just me (the owner) and my dog, so it’s a calm, friendly home. I enjoy cooking, relaxed nights in and socialising, but I also respect personal space. I’m ideally looking for someone easygoing who’ll enjoy sharing a home rather than just renting a room.
