Double room, new build house in Beeston

I will have a double room available to rent at the start of April. The house is a new build property by Beeston train station, great for commuting to either work or university. It has an off street parking space and a garden.

I am a live-in working professional landlord, looking for a respectful and considerate housemate.

I have a pet tortoise who mainly lives in the garden during the summer months, or inside her enclosure spring/autumn.
Unfortunately I cannot accommodate other pets at this time.
