Room To Rent For Student In Beeston

The accommodation is a three story house with a separate living room, dining table, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. There is also a small outdoor patio at the back of the house. The house is opposite a One Stop, a Subway and a KFC. The house is less than a 10 minute walk from a tram stop, a supermarket, a train station and the centre of Beeston, and a 10-20 minute walk away from the University of Nottingham University Park Campus (depending on which end of the campus you want to reach).

The current tenants are two students at the University of Nottingham, studying Mathematics and History (will be third year students when the house is available). Neither of us smoke or are heavy drinkers and are generally quite quiet housemates, and will go out of our way to make a new tenant feel welcome. 😊

All bills are included, except for Wi-Fi which is split equally between the tenants.
