Double room w/ ensuite in town centre flat

The room is in a 3rd floor apartment in a quiet, secure compound in the centre of Beeston. It has an ensuite bathroom and it's own balcony, as well as a built in wardrobe.

There is a shared living room and kitchen, as well as a utility cupboard with a washer dryer.

There is on street parking available near the apartment, or an arrangement can possibly be made with one of the other apartments to use their allocated space.

I'm the only other occupant and I'm looking for someone else who is quite sociable and happy to host people occasionally, and who is tidy and respectful of the space as well.

I organise quite a lot of social events including brunches, walks, concerts and dances, as well as attending salsa classes every week, so it would be nice to have someone who would like to get involved too!
