You’ll have your own private bathroom (listed as ensuite, but located just outside the bedroom) and share the flat with one friendly, tidy flatmate.

The building is quiet, secure, and flats here tend to go quickly. Great location for Beeston town centre, tram and train links, and local shops. There is also secure bike storage for cyclists.

I’m looking for a friendly flatmate who is happy to sometimes hang out especially in the communal areas! I am also looking for someone who is clean and considerate and will respect the space. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished by me, as the flat was originally unfurnished, so please treat the furniture and environment with care. You’re very welcome to use everything, including the TV, stereo, and storage in the shared areas.
