We have 2 double bedrooms available in a shared 3 bedroom property in the very heart of Beeston that has been renovated to offer an additional second bathroom. 2 double rooms are available from August as 2 of the 3 current tenants are relocating.

The ground floor comprises two spacious reception rooms with a living room and dining room, galley kitchen and first bathroom (shower and bath). The first floor has one double bedroom available at the rear, and the second bathroom (shower). The second floor has the second double bedroom available. To the rear of the property is a private paved garden.

You won't find a more central spot in Beeston - just a 1 minute walk to the shops, bars and cafes of Beeston High Road, 3 minutes to Sainsbury's supermarket and only 1 mile to the University of Nottingham campus.

Bedrooms

All the bedrooms are great in size and are furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with a convertible futon sofa and chair, and a TV.

Dining Room

The dining room is furnished with a large table, large bench and four chairs. Additional storage is located here in the bench, cupboards and under the stairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is supplied with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen and in a larder area to the rear of the kitchen.

TWO Bathrooms

Importantly this property comes with two bathrooms, meaning a 3:2 ratio for showers in the morning. Not many properties have had a second bathroom added in the local vicinity.
Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink, mirror and storage. The ground floor bathroom has a bath with overhead thermostatic shower, the first floor bathroom has a thermostatic shower.
