First floor single room in Broadgate Park Student Halls, Beeston, just across the road from Nottingham University campus. Has been refurbished in the last few years and is in a mixed flat with four other friendly, social students. The flat has two bathrooms (both with shower and toilet) and a shared kitchen. The rent is £90. 93 per week and includes: Unlimited Internet, Utility Bills, Weekly Communal Cleaners, Onsite Maintenance and 24hr Reception. There is a refundable £250 Damage Deposit for the room. The room is available from now until 29/07/2012. I am no longer studying at the University and therefore don’t need my room.
