Professional Full time or Mid Week Professional

Four bedroomed detached Executive House, double bedrooom or a single bedroom with bills included, cul de sac position close to amenities, bus stops and a few minutes by car from M1. Close to Beeston within walking distance. Weekday tenant would be great but full time is ok to, as I am in London some of the week and want the weekends to myself fairly quiet and private. Tenant has access to kitchen, with microwave, oven, radio, tv kitchen table for meals, dishwasher etc. Utility area with washing machine, bedroom fully furnished with modern bathroom with power shower that is exclusive to you. Large garden, patio, garage if storage is required. Large drive for upto four cars in a good area. Want someone clean and tidy who doesnt want to do lots of cooking please.
