Rooms to let in Beeston

I have 1 room available in a modern 2006 build in Beeston. It has its own bathroom. The house has a garden with a bike shed at the end of it. All the rooms are fully furnished. Location: 10 minutes’ walk from West Entrance. Rent £70 per week (bills excluded). All mod cons: washing machine, dishwasher, air hockey table etc. TV and broadband included. I'm looking to live with people who love dogs and spending nights on the sofa. I have 2 Border Collies who are both very friendly and love a good fuss if you're willing to give them one.
