Only three people live in quite a large house at any one time which gives life here a more laid back feeling than you might expect to find elsewhere. The house is double glazed, clean, comfortable and very nicely presented. There are a full range of conveniences and a tram station within 5 minutes’ walk. The house is perfectly located for anyone working at the University or QMC. The current housemates are friendly, easy going and looking for someone similar to join them.
