The room available is not fully furnished, it has only the wardrobe but not the bed.
The flat has 2 double rooms, one living room, one bathroom and kitchen. There is a garage as well that is always useful.

Price £275 + bills
The flat is under agency (Freeman&Mitchell).
The room will be available the 1st of August.

PhD students or Professionals preferred.

I am a PhD student at the University of Nottingham. I am 28yo Italian, friendly and sociable, clean and I like to spend time with friends but also have time for myself. I like running, swimming, but my first passion is cooking, especially baking (like a proper Italian does) :)
