I'm looking for someone to replace me in a 4 bed house in Beeston, from around 1st January (can be negotiated).
My 3 house mates are all PhD students at Nottingham University, really easy going fun people.
The room is a double, with large french doors onto a lovely garden, lots of natural light. Fully furnished with wardrobe, desk, chair etc. there are 3 bathrooms in the house and this room shares a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) with just one other person.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN RENT- gas, electricity, internet, water.
