Hello! As I will finish my course work earlier I''ll go back to Germany on 6th December. I am looking for someone who wants to take the room. The room is very nice and comfortable. It''s £60 a week (inclusive Gardening, TV Licence, Water). Wifi costs £7. 50. I am living with 4 other students, who are all doing there Ph. D. The house is in 2 burrows crescent, Beeston. It''s very close to the University Park (West entrance) and just a few minutes away from the gym. The house has two bathrooms and a large kitchen-fully equipped! We have a living room and a big TV. Also a nice garden.
