Double bedroom available in Beeston

A medium sized double bedroom is available in a 3 bedroomed young professionals house share in Beeston. The house has one shared bathroom and a nice sized lounge with a separate dining room and kitchen. The house is fully furnished and has all kitchen appliances. It is in an excellent location close to Beeston town centre shops, a 24 hour tesco and the bus station and only a 15 minute walk away from the train station.

Current housemates are both young professionals, one male and one female. We are looking for a female young professional or post graduate student to share with us until the end of August 2015. Ideally we are looking for someone who likes to socialise during the evening over dinner, is clean and tidy and will do their bit around the place but doesn't mind the occasional mess when someone is in a rush.
