Double room in a nice house in Beeston

Hello,

my housemate (British) and myself (German) are looking for a new housemate. Daivd is a professional and I´m in the second year of my PhD. Currently there are 2 spare rooms in this house but we would like to keep one as a guest room - so you can choose which room you prefer. Both rooms have a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. We have a nice size living room, a garden perfect for BBQ or to dry laundry, one bath room with bath.
Our house is a 20 min walk away from University Park and Tesco & Beeston Highstreet are just a 10 min walk. If you have a car there is space in the street to park there.
We like to socialise, e. g. BBQ, cooking together or going out so if you are looking not just for a bed but also for some company - let us know :)
