Ground floor bedroom (£300pm) - will be available by the end of June.
Rear first floor bedroom (£300pm) - will be available by the 25th of Sept..
They are offered for the 2026-27 academic year to students who will be a registered university students for the coming academic year. It is not available to graduates.
The house has double glazing and gas central heating. Fitted kitchen opening on to the dining room/living room. Includes washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob and microwave., tumble dryer. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Broadband internet available and arranged by tenants. Utility bills are shared by the tenants - approx. £50pm each.

Rear garden. Parking is available on the street. Garage space available for bicycle storage.

Very close to main bus route along Queens Road which passes the University of Nottingham. Or walk to the university in just 20 minutes. Close to facilities e. g. takeaways, corner shops - Tesco just a few minutes walk away. .

(Full-time students only please.)
Council Tax Band B. Students are exempt until the official end of their university course.
