They are offered for the 2026-27 academic year to students who will be a registered university students for the coming academic year. They are not available to graduates.
The house has double glazing and gas central heating. Fitted kitchen opening on to the dining room/living room. Includes washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob and microwave, tumble dryer. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Broadband internet available and arranged by the tenants. Utility bills are shared by the tenants - approx. £50pm each with four sharing.
