A single room is available for rent at Hazels Broadgate park for students of Nottingham only, which is well situated within a few minutes walk to the University of Nottingham campus and excellent transport links to the city centre. The place is very safe to live and room consists of single bed, desk, pin board, drawer unit and wardrobe sharing a kitchen diner and bathroom with four other post-graduate girl students. The room is furnished and includes all utility bills, wifi and cleaning service of common areas. Round the clock security with key card access to the flats, secure perimeter fencing, CCTV, site patrols and a 24-hour reception.

Both short term up to one week (£100/week) and long term (£360/month) up to September 15, 2017 are welcome. No security deposit required.
