Hi, I'm Hannah. I have a house near Beeston train station, and am looking for someone to live in the spare room either short-term or sometimes away on the weekends (nice to have the house to myself now and again)
I work at the university, mostly weekday afternoons. I like time by myself, but also like to chat with tea/food/Netflix. I try and keep things tidy, it doesn't need to be perfect, but don't leave it all to me to do. And if you want to help with some decorating that would be amazing!
I have an old cat, she's noisy when she wants something and loves sleeping on laps.
The room is £400 with bills included (£380 for students). Looking for someone to move in some time in September.
I can do video tours, or in-person with masks.
And I don't have Early Bird access so might leave it a few days before answering.
