Spare room in lovely 4 bed house in Beeston

We are a group of three friendly people with a spare room in our lovely house in Beeston. The room is fully furnished and on the top floor. The house has recently been refurbished and is finished to a very high spec, and all bills are included and we have a cleaner fortnightly. The landlord is also great, very responsive but also very easy going.

We’ve been living together for the last 6 months and class each other as friends. We hang out together in an evening if we all happen to be in at the same time. That being said, we all work hard and are very respectful of each other. We are into sports, exercise, cooking and movies. One of us is in IT marketing, and the other two are PhD students.

The house has on street parking and is super close to Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Tesco, so it’s very convenient for shopping. Ideally, we are looking for a working professional who is a few years into their career or another PhD student.
