Double Room

Although I say there is 2 person at this property, in reality apart from 3-4 nights a month there is only 1 person at home. The room is a good sized modern room, which comes with a parking space on front of the property. The property has good sized south facing back garden that backs on to a field. With a modern kitchen with a range style cooker and dishwasher. There is also a utility room which house's washing machine, dryer, fridge's and freezer's. Lounge area has sofa and chair with dining table and chairs, also a small table and chairs in the kitchen as well. I have a well behaved friendly dog who doesn't bark much and doesn't go on any furniture or upstairs apart from bathtime and is only at home 3-4times a month.
There is a very good bus route into the city with buses every 6 minutes in the week , 10 minutes an a saturday and 15 on a sunday. There is also a very good bus route to QMC and Bulwell.
