Double Bedroom - Professional Share - Furnished

I am a young female professional living in Nottingham. I am looking to share my house with a professional individuals (male/female). I am an easy going, friendly, clean and tidy person. I respect others space and would look for the same in return.

I live in a three bedroom semi-detached house that is tastefully decorated.

There is a shared bathroom with a shower/bath upstairs.

There is also a shared kitchen diner, conservatory & living room. The house is fitted with double radiators in each room, along with a new central heating system, and boiler.

The house comes with a new patio area with a built-in BBQ area great in summer for cocktails, and BBQ's! :)

All of the bills (ie: Water, council tax, TV license, and broadband) are included.

There is street parking parking space behind the house, unfortunately no garage. There are bus stops 2-5 minutes from the house with three frequent bus routes which both go into the city centre.

Within 5-7 minutes walking distance there is an Asda with a petrol station, Bank, Fish & Chips shop, Chinese takeaway, post office, convenience store and so much more.
