House share available

Hi, this is a 2 bed house share (though the house itself is 3 beds, with 3 toilets). Both of these rooms are en-suite, the one has a specific en-suite with walk in wardrobes (room 2) the other has access to it's own private bathroom and also built in wardrobes. Bedroom 1.

There is a generous living room with sofas, all cooking facilities, microwave, alongside both a washer and dryer. There is high speed Internet (500mbps) and Netflix, Disney etc built into the living room TV for you to use. There is also a garage for basic storage needs. The house will only be rented out to two people, and unfortunately couples are not permitted in the interest of fairness and respect for both of you in the house.

I ask for a minimum term of 3 months commitment which can be followed by a rolling monthly contract thereafter. Any questions please get in touch.
