Hi, I am looking for a tidy professional to rent my spare double bedroom. Person must be friendly and clean. Respectful of my own space/neighbours and vica versa. Heterosexual only.

3 Bedroom detached House with garage located in cul-de-sac.
The Double bedroom been recently refurbished and furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, table and chair. All bills included.
Living room with TV and British channels and All Sport Channels incl Football. Open plan kitchen/ dining
Kitchen with all necessities incl. dishwasher and other appliances.

You are welcome to use garage.
Good size garden with decking and driveway for 3 cars to front.
Behind the garden there is a field with a barn so it's quite and private. Also you can see from garden trail into Sherwood Forest. There is a summer house located at the back of the garden with electric linden sauna, bar and bathroom.
Great place to relax after stressful day at work as sauna have multiple health benefits.

Due village location and less light pollution stars seen more easily here.
Generally very safe and quite with good ecology compare to city live.

In village itself 3 pubs and good one Copper Beech about 10 minute walk, other 2 pubs about 3-5 minutes walk, Tesco, chippy shop, kebab/pizza shop and Turkish barber 5 minutes walk from the house. Cooperative shop 7 minutes walk and other 2 shops incl. Chinese takeaway within 5 mins drive
There is fishing ponds located in the village.
Bilsthorpe located on the edge of Sherwood Forest, 1 minute walk from the house onto the trail that leads straight into Sherwood Pines/Forest. Great for cycling and running all year round.
