Large Double Room - Available Aug 25th

I have available a large double room that would ideally suit a business person wishing to have privacy, with home comforts in a quiet location. The house is situated on a private road, so no traffic noise. It is a very relaxed and easy living home. I have a very friendly dog that is aware of the rules and never goes in your room, unless invited. In your room, you have a double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets and a fitted wardrobe (happy for you to leave clothes etc in your room whilst away at the weekends). There is also a comfy chair, a TV, a large chest of drawers and internet access. I provide all bedding and toweling, which are changed ever 2 weeks (8 days) and your room is cleaned weekly. However, I am happy for you to bring your own bedding should you prefer. I also provide Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk and am happy for you to make use of the kitchen. There is a bathroom with Bath and Shower over. All I ask is that you are respectful of other people present, whilst in the house, particularly if using your phone and that the kitchen and bathroom are left in a clean and tidy condition as found. Cleaning materials supplied. There is also Laundry facilities available however, please provide your own washing powder etc. An airer is provided in your room, should the weather not be kind to you.
