Large Double Room - Available Now

I have available a large double room that would ideally suit a business person wishing to have privacy, with home comforts in a quiet location. The house is situated on a private road, so no traffic noise. It is a very relaxed and easy living home. I have a very friendly dog that is aware of the rules and never goes in your room, unless invited. You will have a double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets and a fitted wardrobe (happy for you to leave clothes etc in your room whilst away at the weekends). There is also a comfy chair, a TV, a large chest of drawers and internet access. I provide all bedding and toweling, which are changed ever 2 weeks (8 days) and your room is cleaned weekly. However, I am happy for you to bring your own bedding should you prefer. I also provide Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk and you have use of the kitchen. There is a bathroom with Bath and Shower. All I ask is that you are respectful of other people in the house, particularly if using your phone and that the kitchen and bathroom are left as found.
