Large double room that would ideally suit business professional wishing to have privacy, with home comforts, in a quiet location. The house is situated on a private road, so no traffic noise. It is a very relaxed and easy living accommodation. In your room, you have a double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets and a fitted built-in wardrobe (happy for you to leave clothes etc., in your room whilst away at the weekend). There is also a comfy chair, a TV, a large chest of drawers and internet access. A foldaway table should you wish to use it. I provide all bedding and toweling, which are changed ever 2 weeks (8 days) and your room is cleaned weekly. However, I am happy for you to bring your own bedding should you prefer. I also provide Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk. You will have use of the kitchen. There is a bathroom with Bath and Shower over. There is a washing machine should you wish to make use of it however, please provide your own washing powder etc. There is an Airer in your room, should the weather not be kind to you. All I ask is that you are respectful of other people present, whilst in the house, particularly if using your phone and that the kitchen and bathroom are left in a clean and tidy condition as found. I have a happy friendly dog that is aware of the rules and never goes in your room, unless invited.

1 months notice is required by either party, when vacating the property and your deposit will be refunded, provided the room is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival and that no additional cleaning is required.
