Large Double Room - Monday To Friday Only!

I have available now, a large double room that would ideally suit a business professional wishing to have privacy, with home comforts, in a quiet location. The house is situated on a private road, so no traffic noise. It is a very relaxed and easy living home. In your room, you have a double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets and a fitted wardrobe (happy for you to leave clothes etc in your room whilst away at the weekends). There is also a comfy chair, a TV, a large chest of drawers and internet access. I provide all bedding and toweling, which are changed ever 2 weeks (8 days) and your room is cleaned weekly. However, I am happy for you to bring your own bedding should you prefer. I also provide Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk and am happy for you to make use of the kitchen. There is a bathroom with Bath and Shower over. Use of the washing machine is acceptable however, please provide your own washing powder etc. An Airer is provided in your room, should the weather not be kind to you. All I ask is that you are respectful of other people present, whilst in the house, particularly if using your phone and that the kitchen and bathroom are left in a clean and tidy condition as found. I have a happy friendly dog that is aware of the rules and never goes in your room, unless invited.

1 months notice is required by either party, when vacating the property and the deposit refunded provided the room is left in the same condition as upon arrival and no additional cleaning is required.
