Large and bright double room in a clean, new build house in Bingham.

The room is fitted with a generous, sturdy table to use as a desk/or dressing table. The cupboard is fitted as a wardrobe with hanging and drawer space. There are 2 bedside tables with drawers and 4 drawers under the bed.

You have your own bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. It is the main bathroom (I have a separate en-suite).

You have shared use of the living room, kitchen/diner, ‘lootility’ and garden (and bbq). There’s a shared driveway for my car and 1 other and space to park out the front of the property.

I'm a teacher, so in term time I'm out every day. I enjoy swimming and having food/drinks with friends. I'm clean and tidy around the house, and would like to share with someone who is like-minded in that sense.

Bills are included and cover utilities, council tax, tv license, Netflix, fast and reliable wifi.

Bingham is a lovely market town. There’s a brand new leisure centre less than 10mins walk away and the town centre less than 15mins with lots of shops/bars/pubs/restaurants.

Access to Nottingham city centre is 35mins by bus (stop just 3min walk away) or 16 mins by train from the station (10 min walk). Busses into Nottingham run from Bingham centre until 3am.
