I have a room coming available at the end of October. It's furnished and very quiet.
Use of shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, lounge, dining room. No en suite.
Currently in the early stages of selling the house, so short term lets only.
We have 2 cats but they're not allowed in the bedrooms unless you want them in there.
Not suitable for anyone who needs early starts (before 7am) and must be quiet by 11pm, so no late check ins or party goers.
Bring your headphones!
We have no TV so bring your own device for viewing.
Guests welcome in the lounge for a chat but equally fine if you prefer to stay in your room.
You keep your own room tidy and clear up any mess you make in the kitchen and bathroom. I clean the shared areas. We have a dishwasher.
Very quiet household if you need to sleep during the day, that's fine.
