Double room to let in large property in Blidworth

I am a live in landlady with a double room to let in my home. The room has become vacant due to my current housemate moving on to live with her partner. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers and is neutrally decorated with curtains and blackout blind, but happy for these to replaced for a long term let. I am a hard working professional in full time work, but also work some weekends. My business is also operated occasionally from my kitchen at home. There is wifi throughout the property, with Sky TV. I have a small dog who is very friendly, and there is on-road parking available. Happy to accept business commuters for shorter week lets, or happy to take a full, long term let. I am very flexible.
