Lovely Double room in Bramcote

I have a lovely airy double bedroom with a bay window available from 1st September 2024. This is a short term let. Bills included.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, desk with chair and lamp, chest of drawers, single wardrobe and a little armchair.

I am looking for a female post grad/mature student or a professional.

***The room is not suitable for male lodgers or couples***

If you were looking for a Monday to Friday let feel free to get in touch as this is possible too with rent reduced proportionately.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. I work from my home studio part of the week and teach the rest. There is space on the drive for another car.

I do have a friendly mini labradoodle (low shedding) and two budgies so you would need to like pets, be careful with doors/windows and not mind the odd bit of bird song and bark.

Bramcote is a lovely part of Nottingham, close to Nottingham University and the Queens Medical centre as well having easy access to the A52 and junction 25 of the M1.

The i4 bus route to Nottingham and Derby is just a few minutes walk away at the end of the road. The QMC is 17 minutes on the i4 and Nottingham city centre is 25-30 minutes. Toton tram stop is a few minutes drive away. It is possible to walk/cycle to the tram along Baulk lane too. Bramcote Park and Bramcote leisure centre are a ten minute walk. Beeston and Stapleford are both nearby.
